Bear shamans are my favourit class in the game.
And this is sort of how my character in it looks like (with the body painting and hair) Bear shamans are healers with the strenght of bears. I luv them ^^

this was a bit an experiment but i am quite glad how it turned out.
I hope you do to.

*agrees* women don't always have to be cute and weak, now do they? ^^
you should paint women more often, I think. I would love to see you paint an elegant young woman. You'd do a great job.
I'm afraid my anaotmy isn't to great, so I have to rely on references way to often.

I sometimes think of drawing a few more women, but my passion lies with male anatomy and characters :giggle: I also think it makes my paintings stand out a little bit from the crowd - not a lot of people seem to draw truly beautiful men these days.

References are not a bad thing :} I use reference for nearly every painting I do. I try to see how things work though instead of copying them straight off. Like when I'm not painting something full on, I'll be sketching in my sketch book and studying anatomy books to see how muscles and bones and all sorts of other things work, so I can apply that to my next painting instead of just copying from the reference.

Well that's basicly what I try to do. But sometimes when the pose is too hard, I'm a bit stuck on my reference. But i'm still learning ^^
So we'll see how it goes ^^
